I’m Petra and I bring over 15 years of psychological expertise combined with feminine healing, embodiment practices, and intuitive coaching.

My approach blends psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, parts- therapy, family constellations, embodiment work to support women in transforming deep-rooted emotional blocks.

I help women move beyond surface-level conversations and quick fixes — guiding them into real, grounded transformation that touches the subconscious mind and ancestral patterns alike.

I’ve walked this path myself — from childhood wounds, heartbreaks, deep grief to embodying my feminine power and finally experiencing soul-nourishing connection. I’m here to walk beside you as you rise into your own version of wholeness and love.

I’m a certified professional with Clinical Hypnosis Australia and the International Institute for Complementary Therapists, which means I’m committed to ongoing learning and supervision—so you receive skilled, ethical, and heartfelt guidance every step of the way.

Why I do this work

After decades of both scientific research and spiritual exploration, I realised that true healing happens when we hold both. By addressing subconscious wounds, ancestral patterns, and your innate feminine wisdom, I help you step into your fullness — healing, whole, and ready to live from a place of deep alignment.

My approach is not about ‘fixing’ you

By working with your subconscious through hypnotherapy, exploring unresolved wounds through psychotherapy, and healing inherited family wounds, we create space for profound emotional freedom.
