Feminine Archetypes

The four elemental feminine energies that affect your life.

Archetypes are universal patterns of energy found in collective subconsciousness. They are present in each of the women, and they guide us in how to live our life. When we recognise what archetype creates our unique feminine essence, we can create a powerful story about how to live our lives with ease and joy.

Each woman is born with a blend of different archetypes and her own recipe for happiness:

Some desire to enjoy life and travel.

Some want to stay at home and support their husbands.

Others want to excel in their careers.

Some aspire to make a scientific discovery.

Others desire to engage in creative activities or worldly pleasures.

And some want to have it all!

All these desires are uniquely feminine and driven by our main feminine archetype.

The female archetypes are not based on education levels, age, socioeconomic background or relationship status. Our upbringing and environment might influence our current energy, but our innate archetype is the true blueprint of our feminine energy. When we’re not aligned with our original archetype, or suppress other natural energies within us, our life becomes out of balance, filled with confusion, leaving us empty and unhappy.

In every Woman there is....

Emotional, carefree, playful, and joyful energy of a GIRL.

Sexual, sensual, and mysterious energy of a LOVER.

Material, protective and caring energy of a MOTHER.

Intellectual, wise, and ambitious energy of a QUEEN.

The GIRL

She is spontaneous, emotional, loving, and carefree. She is the daughter of her parents who tends to live by family rules and she feels loved. Many things happen effortlessly in her life and she can always find someone who will help her. She lives with joy, and people want to give her and help her naturally. She believes in fairy tales and that a prince would come and save her.

A woman with this energy looks younger than her age and likes to wear colourful and trendy clothes, that are not too revealing, her aim is to always look cute. This archetypes embodies the joy and wonder of childhood and reminds us to stay connected to our inner child, even as we grow older.

When you lack this energy: You’re unable to receive gifts or support from others, and you generally experience lack of joy and faith in life. You struggle to express emotions and love, and you feel like no one really supports you or cares about you.

The Lover

The lover archetype represents passion, sensuality, and intimacy. This woman cherishes her relationships and is a hopeless romantic. She's magnetic, sensual and charming and she knows how to give love. She might appear rather confident, but is often struggling with insecurities on the inside.

Her true destiny and main passion are herself. Not in a selfish sense, but in terms of immersion into the life that she likes - creativity, healing, nature, romance, and love. She's fully connected with her sexuality and attracts opportunities, men, and money in her life.

She wears feminine clothes, that accentuate her figure. She loves high heels, jewelry, and makeup. She draws attention easily, but not always in a provocative way. Even if she is not physically attractive (according to the 'beauty standards') her energy compensates for it. This archetype reminds us of the power of love, seduction, and connection to bring meaning and fulfillment to our lives.

When you lack this energy: You feel exhausted and tired, feeling like nobody wants you and you also don’t want anything. You have a lack of desire and difficulties with experiencing pleasure.

The Mother

Mother represents a powerful symbol of the feminine principle and the qualities of nurture and care. Mothers are often seen as selfless and caring figures who devote themselves to the care and well-being of their children. But the woman in her mother energy doesn't necessarily have to have children. She is naturally calm, responsible, and serves others. She is able to accept and forgive and stand her ground. She is the boss of her home. People trust her and know they can count on her support.

She prefers simple comfortable clothes, made of natural fabrics and wears no to minimal make-up. She knows how to accumulate wealth/savings, even in the toughest conditions, and security is very important to her. By embracing the mother archetype, women can tap into their natural instincts and provide a source of love, support, and guidance for themselves and those around them.

When you lack this energy: A woman who lacks mother energy might feel guilty that she failed in this role, as society mostly expects us to be in this archetype. She feels like she lives in chaos. She lacks responsibility, stability, and direction in her life, and often struggles financially.

The Queen

She's a natural-born leader. Confidence comes easily for her, and she may find it difficult to take a step back. She has a strong desire to have a mission and purpose in life, and she knows what they are, and how to achieve them. She’s able to control herself and her emotions and has strong boundaries. She is compassionate and kind and leaves lasting impressions as the protector of her tribe. Men admire her and want to do great things for her, such a woman is not forgotten.

She is a simple but elegant woman, who is adorned with tasteful clothing and nice handbags. She may also have a commanding presence, with a strong and authoritative voice. This archetype reminds us of the power of feminine leadership and the importance of having ambitions and assertiveness in our lives.

When you lack this energy: A woman who lacks mother energy might feel guilty that she failed in this role, as society mostly expects us to be in this archetype. She feels like she lives in chaos. She lacks responsibility, stability, and direction in her life, and often struggles financially.

Can you be ‘stuck’ in one female archetype?

Whilst some women may seem to be ‘stuck’ or ‘frozen’ in a female archetype for years (or lifetime) we all embody many archetypes daily. We might be working long hours and channeling our Queen energy and upon our arrival home we have to become sweet nurturing mothers by attending to our children or turn into passionate lover by spending quality time with our partners. Some of these energies show up more subtly than others, based on our ability to adapt and accept these energies within us.

The problem arises when a woman gets too comfortable in one archetype (or falls in its shadow) and she becomes unable to ‘flow’ through this circle of energy. This could be a woman who is turning a slow long wheel of motherhood, a party girl who just doesn’t wanna grow up, a lover who enjoys the attention of men that she’s unable to commit to one, or a corporate woman who constantly prioritises her career that she becomes so rigid she’s no longer able to enjoy her life.

Some of these archetypes are more natural for us than others- and that is perfectly okay. What’s important is to identify which of these archetypes is our predominant blueprint, recognise when we might be falling in its shadow and then implement the remaining energies within our lives.

Women have usually two distinctive archetypes within them, and it’s important to fully identify and accept them. After that, we can try to embody the other archetypes that we perhaps might be lacking.

How to activate each of the archetypes in our lives
